Sarah is known for her practical, systems-focused approach, deep knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS legislation, and ISO management systems and frameworks. With a consulting focus centred on internal auditing, risk management, incident management, and policy development, Sarah specialises in helping organisations build reliable, scalable, and compliant delivery systems that genuinely improve client outcomes.

Sarah couples her hands-on industry experience with an advanced education that includes a Graduate Certificate in Management (AIM) and a Diploma in Community Services (Celtic Training).
